After viewing the full project description, experts place their bids along with providing additional information and communicate via a private messaging system. Employers choose the most appropriate bids in order to determine the most qualified experts and award the project to one or more experts. Globfreelance encourages employers to provide accurate and complete descriptions when posting projects. They may post their projects on the project board. This encourages experts to utilize it and ask for more details. Globfreelance`s posting and bidding Management systems are designed to increase the potential for satisfactory results for both the companies and expert providers.
You should become a member, and then you browse through projects and bid on a project. If a buyer finds you qualified, s/he accepts your bid and hires you. It is recommended that you communicate with the buyer to understand fully what a project is all about, and then when you feel you are able and confident to do the project, you open a escrow and offer your bid on the project. It is recommended to add some of your sample works in your profile.
* Try to be concise and precise when negotiating with a buyer.
* Avoid using short sentences such as "i can do this", "done", "no problem" etc.

Companies and buyers can pay service providers via escrow system and payment gateway. The purpose of this system is to protect a buyer`s investment. When you choose a winning provider in a fixed-price project or hourly job, you will be asked to send funds to an escrow account. When a project is completed, the rating and feedback system for that project gets activated. This provides the opportunity for the service buyer and service provider to rate each other`s performance on a 10-point scale as well as leave comments.
To ensure fairness, members may also post a response to the other party`s comments. The feedback and rating system allows both buyers and providers the opportunity to build their reputations through performance. It also provides the entire Globfreelance community with added protection against potential scams and unsatisfactory business transactions.
Please be reminded that you must comply with your country's taxation laws and you are responsible for reporting the earnings made through Globfreelance.com. If you are a Premium Member, you will receive payment within 5 business days. It can be up to 20 business days if you are not a Premium account holder. These transactions depend on your country and the bank in your country.
Once you as a provider have completed a project (job), you can request the release of funds held in escrow for that project. To do so, please log into your account and follow these steps: Click on "Get Paid" in the top navigation bar. Click the "Send Money" link. Select the project (job) that you want to request release of funds and click Next. Click the "Request Release funds" button next to the project. The current Status Report will be shown and the chosen project will automatically be marked as 100% complete and added to the Billing section. Enter any comments for the client if desired. Click at the "Submit" button.
